What to expect

If it’s your first class, you should make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early. This is to allow you enough time to complete our registration form and meet the trainer. As this is for your safety, please be aware that if you have not done this before the class starts, you may not be able to train.

During the class, you’ll be introduced to the equipment, techniques and some of the basic exercises that underpin much of the BootKamp Pilates program. Remember, this is a workout; your Trainer will make sure you work hard enough so that you will see the results you desire.
