Onze Reformer machines - een verfijnde versie van wat Joseph Pilates gebruikte - bieden een efficiënte, zonder druk/schokken op je botten en gewichten en die je helpt vet te verliezen, spieren te versterken zonder toevoeging van te veel spieren. 

Vele beroemheden hebben deze zeer effectieve fitness-regime overgenomen en u kan dit nu ook!

That's right! After a well-earned hiatus, Toney, the founder of BootKamp Pilates, returns to our Antwerp studio. Toney will teach his signature classes and bring several exciting surprises for the upcoming year.

bodyART @ BootKamp Pilates Brussels

Following the huge success of bodyART workshops at our Brussels and Antwerp studios, we are excited to add bodyART classes to our weekly schedule. Created by Robert Steinbacher, a Swiss gymnast and dancer based in Germany, BodyArt (a combination of yoga, Pilates, dance, and Tai Chi) is a total-body workout with emphasis on strength, cardio, and flexibility. Classes will start at BootKamp Pilates Brussels January 2015. Space limited to 10 participants. Visit our website regularly so you don't miss your chance to attend this exciting class.

Like all BootKamp Pilates classes, it’s a full-body workout designed for fast results! Unlike treadmills, the combination of WaterRowers and Reformers ensures a low-impact workout, minimizing jarring and risk of injury to the joints.  The class is split into two parts: One half, on the Reformers, focuses on strengthening muscles, improving flexibility & posture, and tightening abs.
